Returns

While we strive to provide you with the highest quality products, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Our return policy is designed to make this process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, and no visible signs of wear. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the necessary criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your item, we will promptly send out the replacement item of your choice, subject to availability.

It is important to note that shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, please contact our customer support team, and we will arrange for a prepaid shipping label.
